I thought Haydee was just kidding when she said that stars don't seem to be visible in Manila. Well, it's not exactly what she said but whatever it is, it's true - that when it comes to stars, the skies of Butuan show more of those glittering heavenly bodies than that of Manila.
I've been here for more than a month but I couldn't remember an evening when the things in the dark sky amaze me. Smogs have covered these nice creations and that makes me sad.
When will the time come when I could sing "Vincent" at the top of my voice on a starry, starry night?
